Weekend 3-course menu specials

This weekend, Friday, January 11th, and Saturday, January 12th, we are going to be offering special three course menus for $30.  Friday’s and Saturday’s menus will be different, so feel free to come in both nights!  The menus are:

Friday:

1st: buttermilk brined quail, spicy slaw, corn bread, honey butter

2nd: duroc pork chop, apple cider reduction, sweet potato croquettes

3rd: pineapple upside-down cake, brandied cherries

Saturday

1st: steak tartare

2nd: red wine braised short ribs, mashed potatoes, roasted baby carrots

3rd: chocolate mousse, olive oil, sea salt

New Year’s Eve at Slate Wine Bar

Come ring in the New Year at Slate Wine Bar + Bistro!  On December 31st, we will have two dinner seatings, one at 5:30 pm and one at 9:00 pm, featuring a prix-fixe menu with or without wine pairings at $35 per person (without wine pairings) or $65 (with wine pairings).  Advance reservations required.
