Tonight, we have an appetizer special that will pair well either of our featured Copain wines, as well as many of our by the glass and bottle offerings (for pairing assistance, just ask!).  The chef is preparing a pan-seared “colossal” shrimp in a light coating of panko and seasoning which is served over a bed of soy-marinated Bibb lettuce and with a drizzle of chili oil ($7.95).
