The new American menu by Chef Danny Lledó is a ‘melting pot’ of flavors based on his upbringing in the kitchen and vineyard, combining great wines and classic techniques with a contemporary flair. It redefines American cuisine to fit today’s tastes, along with a vast list New and Old World wines.
